Olive Dining offer a bespoke service entirely dedicated to the education sector. We are full of like-minded people who are committed to providing healthy and delicious meals, serving both primary and secondary schools around the South East of London. Our menus are full of variety and flavours to cater for everyone’s taste and dietary requirements.
Fairness, Integrity, Development, Respect and Support are key words for our company. To achieve this, we adopt a transparent approach to our business both with our clients and our team, involving and communicating on a formal and regular basis. We continue to grow at a rate that enables us to be big enough to cope but small enough to care.

As a company, our ethos is to maintain our family feel whilst ensuring we produce and deliver exciting, innovative and vibrant menus that offer the highest quality, raw ingredients which are prepared with little fuss. We go to great lengths to source suppliers that can provide specific ingredients that are appropriate to each school.
Environment and Sustainability
We recognise the need to protect the natural environment and for that reason Olive Dining employ the services of an environmental consultant to evaluate our operations. Our suppliers are chosen to work in partnership with us to ensure that we provide fresh, seasonal and local ingredients from environmentally sustainable sources and that they comply with all trading regulations. Also, we continuously aim to reduce waste produced and to minimise all packaging, ensuring that waste which cannot be prevented is disposed of in the most sustainable way.
One of the corner stones of Olive Dining is to ensure that we support our students in their health and wellbeing through their food choices.Our Development Chef and Executive Chef Team work hard to continually ensure that our menus and recipes have reduced fat, salt, sugar and are bursting with flavour.All our menu items are created from scratch using fresh, authentic ingredients complimented with cooking techniques that preserve nutrition and produce healthy dishes.
People are our most important asset. We are committed to our employees and strive to make our company the workplace of choice. We like to reward our staff and give them the recognition we feel they deserve to thank them for their hard work and extra efforts.
At Olive Dining we aim to give back and share with the community. Each year, we work with charities or food waste incentive schemes, plus actively support our clients with any initiatives they may have.
